Connections Cafe

Wonderful cafe with healthy food options and fresh salads. Super nice owner! Great outdoor space to sit and have lunch. What a nice little gem in the heart of town. Small parking lot out back. I enjoyed the curried chicken salad and kidney bean tuna salad.

Stopped by Connections Cafe for lunch today, and it was a great experience. It's a really quaint and welcoming spot. My spouse and I ordered two different grilled cheeses – the apple grilled cheese and the roasted peppers grilled cheese, plus a side of their curried chicken salad. Everything we had was excellent. You can tell the food is made fresh every day, and while the menu is small, it's definitely a quality-focused one, which I prefer. The staff was super friendly and attentive, checking on our table a few times. We sat inside, but there's outdoor seating as well. A nice perk is that there's a public EV charging station right next to the restaurant in the parking lot.

Quick, Fresh, and Unique Flavors in a Historic Old Home Incredibly delicious! There are several salads, sandwhiches, and soups to choose from, with gluten-free and vegan options. I had the Jamaican Black Bean Soup with a side of Curry Chicken Salad, both were wonderful and satisfying. I'll have to try more the next time I'm in the area: They're known for their grilled cheeses; but unfortunately do not have gluten-free bread. Maybe that will change?

Great food, excellent service. The food is freshly prepared every day with local produce. Sharon, the owner and chef, has some of the most creative and tasty dishes around. I highly recommend Connections Cafe.

I discovered this little Cafe and I immediately fell in love! I'm so happy to have healthy and natural foods to eat, with a wonderful local touch. The food is brought directly to your table whether you sit inside or outside, and the service is friendly and fast. Everything I've ever tried has been delicious! And I feel good about putting it in my body!

Super cute cafe. Owner/server was very kind and enthusiastic to explain all the dishes to us. After ordering, we took a seat and she brought everything to us. Everything was beautifully plated and the French press coffee was great. I was happy to see stevia was on the table for me to use as it is my preferred sweetener. Loved the place and would definitely return.

What a great little cafe. The food was remarkably fresh, and the menu included a number of vegan and vegetarian friendly options. My mushroom smoked gouda grilled cheese was perfect.

First time customer. Food was delicious and such healthy options. Great atmosphere. Will definitely come back.
